General Conditions of Residence:

                  Lodge on the Bay is a tranquil private space for guests to relax and enjoy.

•   The Beach lodge sleeps 12 guests in 6 double suites.
•   We also have an additional management double suite if required for staff.
•   Our "Residents Only" Front Door Policy assures complete privacy.
•   No parties or " Matric Rage"  students are allowed.
•   We offer a self catering option - or you are welcome to bring your own chef.
•   The Beach lodge is rented as a self- serviced villa - Our part-time staff are available on request or you can     bring your own staff.   

Children:     The villa is not suitable for young children under 12 years of age, due to the various pools and roof deck.

Pets:           Unfortunately pets are not accepted at the Beach lodge.
